FAQ

Q. HOW DO YOU DEFINE AN AGENCY?

A. The definition of an agency is a group of people that performs some specific task, or that helps others in some way. A minimum of 2 full time employees, no maximum.

Q. what kind of agencies do you mean?

A. Anything from Digital to PR to Advertising to SEO. If you're unsure, then just drop us an email.

Q. What exactly is a mastermind?

A. It's an advisory board for your agency. A peer-to-peer mentoring concept used to help members solve their problems with input and advice from the other group members.

Mastermind meetings are full of value for the attendees. A safe place where you can share issues, concerns, good news - and receive constructive, supportive advice from other owners facing or who have faced similar situations. You can drop in and out when you have time, no monthly monetary commitment - pay as you go.

Everyone will leave with something practical and inspiring to improve their agency, and the accountability to achieve those improvements.

Q. how do they work?

A. Mastermind attendees bring a challenge they need support with. Each attendee has a set amount of time to explain their issue and give as much clarity to it as possible.

The other attendees then have a set amount of time each to ask clarifying questions and offer up helpful solutions.

The member with the challenge is then asked which of the solutions they’ll commit to trying, and the group then holds them accountable to it.
